The members of the European Parliament's Committee on Legal Affairs (JURI) adopted, on 16 June, the own-initiative report drafted by Sylvia-Yvonne Kaufmann (S&D, Germany) on the Commission’s REFIT programme by 17 votes in favour, two against and six abstentions.
