Greece : Open lists in European elections

The Greek government has announced its decision that, in the May 2014 European elections, voters will be able to choose their members of the EP "directly". In the past, they voted on closed lists, choosing only between different lists of candidates without being able to indicate a preferential ranking among candidates on the same list.
