Marie Guitton
Reporter, Energy & Transport
I joined Contexte’s editorial team in August 2021. As part of the “Planète” section, I mainly write about issues related to the energy transition in the transport sector and environmental planning. Previously, I had delved into the workings of the European Union and French and international institutions working for Franco-German news sites, the Paris office of the Japanese daily newspaper The Asahi Shimbun and even the educational site Toute l'Europe. While reporting on Tahiti’s economic recovery after nuclear testing, I also lived in French Polynesia for three years, then French Guiana, where I worked for regional newspapers. I have a degree in law and journalism.
