With degrees in Geography and Geopolitics (Aix-Marseille I, then Paris I/ENS Ulm), I specialise in migratory phenomena. My fascination with this subject led me to spend a decade working with La Cimade, an NGO that defends the rights of migrants. I first served as a legal field officer in an administrative detention centre before advancing to lead the Île-de-France detention initiative.

Seeking a new direction, I retrained as a proofreader and editorial secretary in the summer of 2022, completing a course at the École des métiers de l'information in Paris. I joined Contexte at the beginning of 2023 as a proofreader. In autumn 2024, I led the correction and night news editing department.
