At the request of the European Commission, the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) published, on 3 December, its framework guidelines on harmonised gas transmission tariff structures in the EU. These guidelines will allow gas transmission network managers ENTSOG (European Network of Transmission System Operators for Gas) to develop their network codes.
