ACER wants clearer rules to act on electricity bidding zones

New EU rules governing the allocation of cross-border electricity transmission capacities should bring more clarity with regard the the prospects of redrawing some of the so-called 'bidding zones', a senior official at the EU energy regulatory agency ACER told a recent workshop in Brussels.
