There is still no solution with Russian energy giant Gazprom over the unbundling of Ukraine’s Naftogaz, despite a law on gas market reform that the country’s parliament passed, Ukrainian officials said.
In a vote with almost two-thirds in favour, the legislative body in Kyiv approved, on 9 April, the so-called 'natural gas market law', meant to align Ukraine’s laws with the requirements of the European Union’s third energy package.
