Russian gas deliveries to Ukraine about to resume

With its 4 November payment of US$1.45 billion to its Russian supplier Gazprom, Ukraine's energy firm Naftogaz met the first condition of the agreement signed on 29 October between Russia and Ukraine, enabling gas deliveries by Russia to resume.
