Shale gas sector at odds with Polish government

Representatives of companies interested in exploiting shale gas in Poland are opposed to the creation of a national energy minerals operator, in other words a public company entitled to a share of profits from shale gas exploitation in proportion to its participation in costs (capped at 5% per concession).
