Enagas, Spain's gas transmission system operator (TSO), announced, on 30 September, its acquisition, together with the Belgian gas TSO Fluxys, of the shares of French group Total (10%) and Germany's E.ON (9%) in the consortium in charge of the Trans-Adriatic Pipeline (TAP).
Enagas is acquiring a 16% stake in the development of the gas pipeline that will link Greece, Albania and Italy. Fluxys, already a member of the consortium, will raise its stake from 16% to 19%. The other shareholders…
