Jean-Claude Juncker and Frans Timmermans are finalising the European Commission's 2015 work programme. After discussions with ministers in the General Affairs Council, EP committee chairs and political group leaders on 11 December, the programme still has to be adopted by the College of Commissioners before being presented to MEPs on 16 December.
