FTT : Court rejects London’s arguments

The EU Court of Justice dismissed, on 30 April, the case brought by the United Kingdom in April 2013 against the Council decision authorising 11 eurozone member states to launch enhanced cooperation to set up a common financial transaction tax (FTT) on their territory (Case C-209/13).
