Local and regional authorities, partners in development

Five local and regional authority networks - the Council of European Municipalities and Regions, the International Association of French-Speaking Mayors, the Commonwealth Local Government Forum, the United Cities and Local Governments of Africa and Platforma – will, on 28 January, sign a partnership agreement with the European Commission in the field of European development policy.
