Migration : Commission constantly held back by its limits

Regretting the drowning of around 500 migrants off the shores of Malta, allegedly provoked voluntarily by Libyan traffickers in response to a rebellion by passengers (Syrians, Palestinians, Egyptians and Sudanese, including families with children and unaccompanied minors), "is certainly not enough," reacted the European Commission, on 16 September.
