Obama to visit Brussels in March

According to the French news agency AFP quoting an unidentified "European source," US President Barack Obama is to visit Brussels to attend an EU-US summit on 26 March. EU-US relations have suffered profoundly through the revelations of wide-spread digital surveillance by the US intelligence agency NSA, brought to light last year by whistleblower Edward Snowden.
