Switzerland-EU : Things moving slightly

Things are moving between Berne and Brussels. Whether a little or a lot is no doubt a judgement call, but there is one certainty: the Federal Council (government) announced officially, on 24 June, that Jean-Claude Juncker and Simonetta Sommaruga had just formally agreed to continue their very difficult discussions on free movement of persons following the initiative approving the reintroduction of quotas in Switzerland.
