On 31 October, the 'Transparency register', created by the European Commission and the European Parliament, had 5,952 organisations registered, 10% more than the year before. According to the register's annual report, published on 29 November, almost half of them (49.93%) were in Category II (in-house lobbyists and trade/professional associations) and 26% in Category III (NGOs).
