After a three-hour meeting, Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras agreed to submit a list of detailed reforms within days to implement the agreement reached on 20 February with the Eurogroup. But it remains to be seen whether the Greek leader would receive in return the badly needed cash to meet the country’s debt obligations. Both sides consider that Athens has a sufficient cash buffer until early April.
