Skyteam Alliance : Consultation on commitments

The Skyteam Alliance consists of three airlines that have teamed up to jointly manage schedules, pricing and capacity, and profit-sharing on transatlantic routes. However, the European Commission has concerns that this constitutes a cartel, or abuse of dominant position, and therefore is incompatible with EU rules.
