The European creditors have given their initial blessing to the Greek proposal on ways for it to access the funds still available in its aid scheme. The eurozone´s member states aim to conclude five months of turbulent talks on 24 June, on the eve of the European Council. However, the optimism elicited by the latest Greek proposal could vanish as the negotiators still face major hurdles.
