Trade Commissioner Cecilia Malmström has breathed a sigh of relief after the European Parliament's Committee on International Trade (INTA) adopted, on 28 May, (with 28 votes in favour and 13 against) a draft resolution paving the way for including the reformed investor-state dispute settlement (ISDS) mechanism in the currently negotiated EU-US Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) agreement.
