Cyber security experts have called on the national governments and stakeholders to take more responsibility in legislating against online crime, saying the internet should “not be a Wild West, where no rules or norms apply”.
Heli Tiirmaa-Klaar, an expert on cyber policy and security at the European External Action Service, made the comments at an ALDE conference ’Cyber agenda 2015‘, on 3 June.
